About Me

I’m a qualified therapeutic counsellor (MBACP) with a warm, grounded and holistic approach.

I believe that feeling deeply heard, accepted and understood can be a powerful foundation for healing. I offer a calm and compassionate space where you can bring whatever is going on for you, and we can explore it together at a pace that feels right for you.

At the heart of my work is a belief in your own inner wisdom. I work relationally and collaboratively, trusting that you are the expert in your own experience. Rather than giving advice or trying to “fix’, I support you in developing self-awareness, understanding your patterns, and reconnecting with yourself in a more meaningful way.

Alongside my counselling training, I have over 25 years’ experience working in wellbeing support in the education sector.

I also lived and worked in a mindfulness retreat centre for 18 months where I deepened my personal practice in meditation, compassion and nature connection - which influences my work today.

Alongside counselling, I offer Reiki and sound healing sessions as separate services, which can be booked independently.
