Seasonal Sound Baths

Seasonal Sound Baths are in-person sound events, inspired by the rhythms of the natural world.

They invite you to slow down, rest deeply and reconnect with yourself, your body and the subtle shifts happening in the world around you.

Rather than focusing on a single calendar date, these sessions are guided by the rhythms of seasons.

Why Seasonal?

Our lives, bodies and nervous systems are deeply influenced by natural rhythms. When we work in harmony with these cycles, we:

  • Slow down more easily

  • Notice subtle shifts in body and mood

  • Rebalance after stress

  • Feel supported rather than pulled in different directions

  • Seasonal sound baths are designed to reflect this wisdom. Each session is an opportunity to pause, listen and respond to what’s moving within you.

What happens in a session?

Every seasonal sound bath is unique, and held with awareness, compassion and care.

  • We begin by relaxing and grounding, bringing presence to the body and breath.

  • A guided meditation connects the group to the theme of the season.

  • Then you are guided into a deeply restorative sound experience - layers of tone, resonance and silence which support the nervous system’s natural capacity to reset.

By the end you may feel:

  • Rested

  • Calmer

  • More balanced

  • Connected to yourself and the world around you

  • Uplifted and more present

No previous experience with sound work or meditation is needed.

“The sound bath went deep. I have never experienced sound like that. Thank you so much.”

Yoga and Sound Retreats

I co-facilitate yoga and sound workshops and retreats with my dear friend and amazing yoga teacher, Emma Dibben.

Hridaya yoga is a meditative heart centred practice of inner awareness and self enquiry. A sound bath is a powerful way to promote deep relaxation and elevate your overall sense of wellbeing. Woven together these practices can support us to enter deep meditation, bringing a sense of equanimity to the entire being.

“Emma and Nicky are truly compassionate, gentle and powerful souls. I felt so held and nourished by their presence, the beautiful space, the other retreatants (and the vital and delicious food!!!)

Their wisdom and skill in sound and yoga gave me the relaxation and stillness I didn’t even know I needed to process all of life’s messiness. They care deeply and genuinely about healing and gave so much of their energy to creating a beautiful and safe space for us - with some cheekiness and playfulness in the mix, to keep it real (highly recommend !)”
